The last words of our Lord before ascending to heaven is this promise, “I am with you always.” Do you believe this? How do you practice it in your daily life?
Do you see that the most seemingly insignificant or even failing moment of life is abundantly meaningful because Jesus is with you? Peter’s denial of Christ and the Lord’s amazing, tender restoration illustrate this beautifully. Certainly, Jesus has done this more for me than for Peter.
